1 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Linkazam mobile application or web dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2 What Linkazam Is

Linkazam is a personal link-saving and organisation tool. It allows you to save, categorise, and access URLs across your devices. The core features available depend on whether you are using the free tier or a Premium subscription.

3 User Accounts

You may use Linkazam without an account on the free tier. To access Premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Subscriptions & Billing

Premium access is billed at $2.00 USD per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Lapsed subscriptions: If your subscription lapses, your cloud data is retained and remains accessible when you resubscribe. You will revert to the free tier and local storage.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Linkazam only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to save, share, or distribute links to illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the Linkazam API or backend infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or subscription requirements.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to our servers in a way that places undue load on our systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6 Your Content

You retain full ownership of the links, titles, and groups you save in Linkazam. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your saved data and will never sell or transfer it to third parties.

7 Service Availability

We aim to keep Linkazam available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkazam and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or service interruptions.

9 Termination

You may stop using Linkazam and delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. In such cases, any remaining subscription period will be forfeited without refund.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Linkazam after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Linkazam will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the developer's place of residence.
